We will send a Catalog to anyone who wants one. : 3W Ordering from The Home Brewery is easy - just let us know what you want. Once started, many customers continue ordering from us for years. We assume, and hope, that your first order is the start of a long relationship with us. There are four ways to place an order with us: 1. SEND PAYMENT WITH THE ORDER. Mail us your order, and include payment for the products ordered. You can estimate the shipping cost and include it, if you want. We will send your invoice with the order, along with a small bill or credit depending on our actual shipping cost. Please give us your phone number. 2. VISA or MASTERCARD. By phone, FAX, or mail, let us know what you want to order and give us your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Telephone Number. We will send your invoice and credit card receipt in the package. 3. COLLECT ON DELIVERY. We can send your first order C.O.D ., and you can pay the driver for it when it arrives. United Parcel Service charges $4.50 extra for shipping C.O.D. Make sure someone will be at the given address to receive it. 4. 30-DAY ACCOUNT. If you are a regular customer, you may establish an account with us. Check with your Home Brewery shop about an account when you order. This decision is up to the individual shops. When selling on account, we will simply enclose the invoice in your package and ask that you pay within 30 days. We don't have order blanks. There are too many forms in the world now without us making more of them! Just write your order on something - we'll figure it out. Give us a physical address to deliver to. No P.O. boxes except in very small towns where U.P.S. knows how to find you. We send by U.S. Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes. We don't figure shipping charges in advance in our Catalog, as we don't know what the shipping cost will be until we pack and weigh your box. Currently, it costs $4.38 to send a 20-1b. package about 200 miles. The same package at 1000 miles costs $6.45. The cost changes with weight and distance, and we just charge what it costs us to send. If you are ordering from out of state, the fact that you don't pay sales tax often offsets the shipping cost.
